Osijek – a beautiful environment, a good Jesuit school

On Friday, March 23, Father General spent part of the day in Osijek, a small Croatian town known for its quality of life, located some 270 km from Zagreb. He was welcomed by the director of the Jesuit Classical Gymnasium, Fr. Sebastian Šujević, and his team. All the students of this small college were present; they are 225, between 14 and 18 years old. They were gathered in the beautiful common room, located in the attic of the building. Music, singing, various presentations and Fr. General's speech were on the program. Father Sosa spoke of Ignatian pedagogy as an invitation to excellence in humanity. We invite you to look at the photo album of this visit.
