Francis Vareilhe-Duteil (1734-1792) was one of the Jesuits who were killed when the French Revolution turned into a rabid anti-Catholic persecution. Father Vareilhe-Duteil (1734-1792) became a canon in a parish in Nancy when the French Jesuits were suppressed. He was living at a home for retired priests when he was arrested.
