Kino Border Initiative – Jesuits at the Frontiers

Every year, more than 10 million people cross the Mexico-US border in various ways. Many, in desperation for refuge, cross the border illegally, exposing themselves to violence. The Jesuits are there to save migrants’ lives and dignity. In partnership with local dioceses and the Missionary Sisters of the Eucharist, the Kino Border Initiative was founded in 2009.

Watch the fourth episode of the video series ‘Jesuits at the Frontiers’, in which we tell the stories of Jesuits and partners in mission who accompany the most vulnerable societies, groups and individuals, on literal or metaphorical frontiers. Discover the stories of the mission for reconciliation, peace, and hope.
