Renewing the Society of Jesus through discernment and leadership

“If we want to lead truly and in an authentic way... it needs to start not only with what we do but only with who we are.”

This is the closing phrase of the video that captures the main events and the atmosphere of last week’s workshop on leadership and discernment organized by the office of Discernment and Apostolic Planning of the General Curia in Rome. From April 1st to the 5th, 55 Jesuits and lay colleagues, experts in leadership, from 23 different countries gathered to discuss, share, learn, reconnect and think how Ignatian leadership and discernment can help the implementation of the Universal Apostolic Preferences (UAPs) in the Society of Jesus.
