Always in our hearts

In this month of November, Catholics all over the world remember those who have died and gone before us “marked with the sign of faith”.

This year is particularly poignant because so many people lost their lives because of the Corona virus. We remember our fellow Jesuits, our mission partners and all our relatives and friends.

The Gospel gives us hope and that hope does not disappoint because the love of God has been poured into our hearts by the Holy Spirit (Romans 5:5). Even in the midst of pain and grief, God’s love can touch us. God’s power can heal us. God’s strength can console us.

May all our loved ones who have passed on, especially those who have died in the past year, rest in peace.
