Where would we be if not for teachers? They give their sweat and tears to the world that is to come. The future generation is being created by these artists. Even though they aren’t many, but those who do reach out to offer a future for refugees are the ones that not only make the globe a better place, but also create the world of their students worth living.

On 31 July, feast of Saint Ignatius. Father General offered a “present” to the Society of Jesus and its entire apostolic body! This long-awaited document is usually referred to by its Latin title, De Statu Societatis. In English, this translates as The State of the Society.
Father Arturo Sosa, Superior General, was in Colombia from 17 to 25 June. The Province of Colombia brings us a snapshot of the critical moments of this visit. The programme was a busy one!
