Once upon a time in the West… Father General visited the UMI Province
After ten days of travel around the UMI Province (United States Midwest) to meet Jesuits and lay colleagues in the mission, Fr Arturo Sosa has completed his official visitation.
In
just over a week, The Superior General visited communities and works in
Chicago, Milwaukee, Omaha, and Detroit - getting first-hand accounts of the
lights and shadows of ministry in UMI. From our Infirmary in Milwaukee, to the
Pope Francis Center in Detroit, to our First Studies program at Loyola University
Chicago, Fr. General has seen the energy and dedication that goes into running
the apostolates of the Society of Jesus in that part of the United States. This
short video shows some of the highlights of the visit.
