Heaven’s Heart – The Way to Joy

From the “Corridor of Father General” series of artwork, here is “The Way to Joy”.

The Bible is open to Ecclesiastes 8:1 which reads: “Who is like the wise? Who knows the explanation of things? A person’s wisdom brightens their face and changes its hard appearance.”

To have wisdom is to see the beauty and grace in all things, especially those that are most often demonized, marginalized, or excluded. It means seeing the inherent grace in all people as children of God, as well as having the wisdom to take action to make the world a better place for all His creatures. However, it must be informed action, taking not only history into account but also the opinions of experts and the desires and needs of those we are trying to help.
