Cardinal Ravasi – Leadership and a Culture of Synodality

On Tuesday 22 September Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi, President of the Pontifical Council for Culture of the Vatican, spoke at the General Curia of the Society of Jesus on the theme of creating a culture of synodality in the Church. Participants included over 30 members of the course on Discerning Leadership (Spanish language version), Jesuit Fr General Arturo Sosa and members of his General Council.

Refreshing; stimulating; energising; thoughtful” was how it was described by Professor Carlos Losada of ESADE Business School, Barcelona – the Jesuit business school that is working alongside the Gregorian, Le Moyne College and Georgetown to deliver the course in both English and Spanish versions.
